Summer Reading

FAAM Blue Ribbon Library

Summer 2018

Hey Blue Ribbon Students!

Have a splashing good Summer, but remember: TAKE TIME TO READ!

There are lots of inexpensive and free ways to accomplish this!

Here is a list! 1. Visit

UN:  faam.student

PW: wildcats1

Have fun looking at the KIDS tab and check out the e-books attached to that site, too!
 2.  Check out the Library webpage attached to our school website.

There are several sites to access there, including Tumblebooks.

Remember that’s the site where you need your public library card number.

3.   Go to your Public library and join the Summer Reading Club.

They have fun programs, contests and great books in a cool, free place where you can get away and meet new friends. Take your book bag because they let you check out a lot of books!  4.  Read the books on your own shelves and trade with friends.
5. Check out the Thrift Shops and yard sales for inexpensive books. 6. Get mom to take you to Books-A-Million for fun!

Remember to fill out your Reading Log and turn it in when you come back to school in August.  We’ll put a fish with your name on it in our Reader’s Ocean in the Library!

There are lots of ways to do it, so don’t break the momentum!

Be safe, be happy and KEEP ON READING!
